Hi there and welcome to my blog!

For many of you that never heard of me here’s a little back story: I was born and raised in Russia and came to the US in 2001 to become Playboy’s Miss January 2001 and to pursue my passion, modeling. I’ve been in front of the camera for quite a while now, and I created this blog because over the years I was asked the same question over and over: What is your beauty secret? Well… there were not many secrets back when I was in my early 20s, but there are quite a few now. I am 36, I still model and act and I would love to share my experiences with all the women out there, that want to stay young, healthy & good looking!

It is one of the great facts of the world, like sunlight, or springtime, or the reflection in the dark waters of that silver shell we call the moon. It cannot be questioned. I agree that inner beauty is what really matters, but unfortunately we live in a very superficial society, where we are often judged by the way we look. And even more so, aging is not as forgiving for a woman as it is for a man. Looking great, staying young and feeling healthy is what makes us women at any age feel good about ourselves, gives us confidence & power. My goal is to share the knowledge, beauty tricks & lifestyle habits with all of you, ladies, so you have that strength and confidence about yourself that is so important for every aspect of being a woman.
